Digging Into Your Past Workshop Series
In this 3-part series designed for beginners, participants will learn where to start uncovering their family’s history. They will create a 5-generation pedigree chart, learn the best resources to find their family’s historical information and learn how to interpret important documents without error. Participants should come with birth, marriage and death certificates that contain the family member’s full name, dates, locations, and names and dates of spouses and children in a list form. Please bring a notebook, a pencil with an eraser and $45.00 in exact change for the instructor.
