Erasing the Stigma: Fact vs. Myth of Mental Health

Come in and learn about various mental health topics such as depression, anxiety and anger in a non-judgmental environment. Presented by Abby Altman, a licensed associate counselor, who is currently working in a high school in New Jersey. Both teens aged 12-18 as well as parents and caregivers of teens are welcome to attend. Individuals who attend the presentation will leave with a better understanding of mental health and learn about different ways to improve their mental health.
