Sunday, March 2: Point Pleasant Beach High School standout Bryan Matuschat’s college team loses to Navy Midshipmen

On Sunday, March 2, former Point Pleasant Beach High School standout Bryan Matuschat’s current college team, the Sacred Heart Pioneers, lost 11-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Navy Midshipmen.

The game took place at Terwilliger Brothers Field at Max Bishop Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Midshipmen this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 2 p.m. at Bill Beck Field against Rhode Island Rams.
