On Sunday, April 6, former Point Pleasant Beach High School standout Kyle Kolans’ current college team, the Georgian Court Lions, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Bridgeport Purple Knights.
The game took place at Municipal Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Purple Knights this season.
The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 5 p.m. at Municipal Stadium against Mercy Mavericks.
