Rep. Chris Smith will hold a press conference in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, on Saturday, December 14th. The event aims to update the public on unidentified drone activity in New Jersey and introduce new federal legislation that Smith plans to present in Congress. The press conference will take place at the newly established Command Center by the Ocean County Sheriff's Office. This facility is intended to enhance local law enforcement's ability to monitor drones.
Ocean County Sheriff Mike Mastronardy and Monmouth County Sheriff Shaun Golden are expected to attend alongside Congressman Smith. Local mayors and state representatives will also be present.
The press conference is scheduled for Saturday, December 14th at 1:30 pm at the Ocean County Sheriff's new Command Center located at 50 Hiering Avenue, Seaside Heights, NJ.
