Rep. Chris Smith from Manchester has expressed his views on President Biden's recent decision to pardon his son, Hunter Biden. In a statement, Rep. Smith criticized the move, suggesting it undermines the justice system.

"President Biden’s 'full and unconditional' pardon of his son Hunter makes an absolute mockery of our justice system," said Rep. Smith. He further argued that while others face penalties for similar offenses, Hunter Biden avoids accountability due to his family ties.

Rep. Smith also highlighted past statements by President Biden regarding his son's legal issues. "Time and time again President Biden said that he would not pardon his son," he noted, questioning the truthfulness of other claims made by the President throughout his career.

Concluding his remarks, Rep. Smith stated, "President Biden has degraded the rule of law."
