OCHD REPORTS 639 NEW POSITIVE COVID CASES FOR THE WEEK
The Ocean County Health Department (OCHD) is reporting 639 new confirmed positive COVID cases in Ocean County from October 5, 2022, to October 11, 2022.
The new cases bring the cumulative number of individuals who have tested positive to 158,302 - including those residents who were re-infected. The total number of residents infected only once – or non-duplicated – is 150,413 (Figures reflect the total cases between the Ocean County and Long Beach Island Health Departments).
Additionally, there have been 2,963 total deaths reported since the start of the pandemic in Ocean County.
