On Friday, March 21, former Point Pleasant Beach High School standout Bryan Matuschat’s current college team, the Sacred Heart Pioneers, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Manhattan Jaspers.
The game took place at Veterans Park. This was their first matchup against the Jaspers this season.
The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. at Veterans Park against Manhattan Jaspers.
