Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ), who co-chairs the Congressional-Executive Commission on China, appeared alongside Claire Lai, daughter of imprisoned Hong Kong media figure Jimmy Lai, in an interview with Raymond Arroyo on EWTN’s The World Over.
