Former New Egypt High School standout Gavin Kincs and the Arcadia Knights were edged 3-2 by the William Paterson Pioneers in their NCAA Division III baseball contest Thursday, Feb. 26, at 2:15 p.m.
The matchup at Jeff Albies Field marked their first meeting with the Pioneers this season.
Kincs contributed three innings as pitcher and struck out two batters.
Next up for the Knights is a scheduled game against the Salisbury Sea Gulls at Donnie Williams Sea Gull Baseball Stadium on Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m.
